QRoad carried out Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing on a number of provincial roads in Overijssel as part of an extensive pavement investigation programme.

Working alongside specialist partners responsible for pavement coring and engineering consultancy, QRoad performed the FWD measurements to collect reliable data on the structural condition and bearing capacity of the pavements.

The fieldwork was carried out over a period of approximately one month. The FWD data, together with the results of the other investigations, provided the Province of Overijssel with valuable information for assessing the condition of its road network and supporting future maintenance decisions.

Close coordination between all parties contributed to the efficient and successful completion of the project.
